These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Birthday Reminder & Age Calc Android app ("the App"), provided by LinksGroups Engine ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
The App is an age calculator and birthday/anniversary reminder tool. It lets you calculate exact ages, save important dates, receive reminders, sync saved dates to your device's Calendar, use home screen widgets, and import/export saved entries. All saved data is stored on your own device.
The App is free to download and use, supported by advertising, with the following free-tier limits and Pro upgrade:

Pro is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription, billed through Google Play. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play Store app. Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play, according to Google's own refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to use the App to:
The free tier of the App displays advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, app-open, rewarded, and native ad formats. Pro subscribers do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.
The App, including its design, graphics, and content (excluding your own saved data), is owned by LinksGroups Engine and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered exactly on time — Android system behavior (such as battery optimization or Doze mode) can occasionally delay notifications on some devices, which is why the App includes settings to help improve reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinksGroups Engine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, missed reminders, or compatibility issues with your device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which also ends any local license granted to you (your Pro subscription, if any, must be separately cancelled through Google Play).
The App relies on third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Firebase, each governed by its own terms. In the event of a conflict, the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement takes precedence for anything related to distribution and billing through Google Play.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LinksGroups Engine's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us; where legally permitted, disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis, with any class action or class arbitration waived, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
